Processing Times

Our products are handmade with all natural and organic ingredients in small batches to ensure quality. Please allow 3-7 business days to process your order prior to shipping. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. 

Cancellations/Order Changes

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or change orders once they have been placed. Please make sure the address and contact information is correct prior to completing purchases. All sales are final.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Once your item has shipped please do not refuse. If an item is a refused, there will be a $25.00 restocking fee plus the cost of shipping. If items are delivered damaged, exchanges can be accommodated AFTER the customer contacts us at kiynkykoilz@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt.

Damages or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at kiynkykoilz@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
